Tran Minh Quan, 3rd year PhD student, attended IEEE Int’l Conference on Image Processing (ICIP) 2014 in Paris to present his work about fast wavelet transform on the GPU. Our lab is selected as an NVIDIA CUDA research center for the first time in Korea. We received a Tesla K40 GPU as a part of award, and are expecting further collaboration with NVIDIA for top-notch GPU research. Our Vivaldi paper has won 우수논문상 at Korea Computer Graphics Society conference 2014. Good job!
